TESTIMONIALS

US 31 BRIDGE
"I have received many compliments on how well the 12ft diameter drilled shaft construction went across the river. This being the first drilled shaft experience for myself, I do not feel deserving of these compliments. The drilled shaft construction would not have been as successful without the experience of Mr. Miller.
Terry's professionalism and vast experience in drilled shaft construction was a tremendous help to me. Terry always took the time to outline what he was going to do. Terry always explained why he was doing something, and what the final result would be. I am very grateful for Terry's help in making this project move as smoothly as possible.
I hope this letter reflects my gratitude for Terry's help on this project. I feel my experience gained from this project would have been much less without Terry's involvment. I hope to have the opportunity to work with Case Atlantic and Terry Miller again in the future."

DOWNTOWN PARKING GARAGE, JACKSONVILLE, FL
"I would like to take the opportunity to say that Case Atlantic did a phenomenal job and it was a pleasure to work with [Andy], Rodney, and Alan. The coordination and communication between your field crews and ours is really the reason this job was completed on time. This was a huge accomplishment, given the obstructions and the amount of people and equipment working to clear these obstructions and install foundations at the same time."

"On behalf of GLF Construction Corporation I would like you to know that our company was extremely pleased with the cooperation and workmanship provided by Case Atlantic on the above project. While the project was at times complex in terms of logistics and technical issues I can honestly state that Case Atlantic always handled any issues that arose in the professional and diligent manner.
As a result of our successful working relationship on this project, as well as other projects in the past we have worked on together, GLF Construction remains ready to seek other opportunities with Case Atlantic in the near future."

TRENT RIVER BRIDGE PROJECT
"Balfour Beatty contracted with Case Atlantic to install approximately 2100 lf of 3'-6" diameter drilled piers (36 ea) and approximately 5100 lf of 4'0" diameter drilled piers (52 ea). All of these piers were constructed with the "slurry method" using a temporary construction trestle for access and all of the piers were located in an environmentally senstive location. In addition to the challenging site conditions, Balfour Beatty and its client, the North Carolina Department of Transportation, were extremely concerned about the drilled pier work on this project because of significant and costly issues that had arisen on other previous projects in the area that involved drilled piers (Balfour Beatty nor Case Atlantic were involved with these projects).
I'm pleased to say that Case Atlantic planned their work at the Trent River Bridge site well, executed their plan well, and delivered the drilled shafts to Balfour Beatty and the North Carolina Department of Transportation without issue. It is a pleasure to work with a firm that addresses and delivers challenging work in a professional manner and Balfour Beatty looks forward to working with case Atlantic on future projects.
Thanks again for your hard work."

"Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC has worked with Case Atlantic on multiple projects over the past several years, and most recently at the Economy Parking Garage Project at Tampa International Airport (TIA). Case Atlantic performed the project on schedule and within budget.
The parking garage project was driven by a very aggressive schedule due to the holiday parking rush at TIA. Case Atlantic met all the schedule requirements set forth by the Contract Documents Brasfield & Gorri, LLC looks forward to working with Case Atlantic at the next available opportunity."

"Our work together has been one of mutual respect and cooperation.
Case Atlantic began work on a most difficult project in the midst of adverse and inclement weather associated with the excessive rainfall with El Nino of 1998.
Case Atlantic prosecuted its work in a diligent and professional manner. Although we did encounter a number of problems on site, Case Atlantic adjusted and completed their contractual obligation in a timely and proper manner.
We look forward to working with Case Atlantic in the future.”

MERIDIAN ON SAND KEY
"Our company is an Owner/Developer of condominiums and single family homes in Pinellas and Manatee Counties. We have been in business approximately twenty years. We are currently using Case Atlantic to place our caisson foundation at a development known as Meridian on Sand Key, which consists of one twenty story tower over parking.
During the time we have worked together, I have found Mr. Reuben Clarson and his crew to be honest, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. Their relationship with JMC as well as other subcontractors involved with this stage of construction can be described as totally professional. Completion of their scope of work is projected to be on schedule.
I highly recommend Mr. Clarson and Case Atlantic as a caisson foundation specialty contractor.”

CORPORATE CENTER ONE @ INTERNATIONAL PLAZA
"Corporate Center One at International Plaza was an amazing success for a number of reasons; Not only was it the largest project ever undertaken by our company, but also one of the most challenging schedules that we have faced. Finishing the project on time and within budget was a tremendous accomplishment that has not gone unnoticed.
From the start, your company accepted the challenge without hesitation and helped prove to our Client that with right team, anything is possible. We recognize the invaluable contribution that your company provided, and look forward to many more mutually successful projects in the future.”

CORPORATE CENTER ONE @ INTERNATIONAL PLAZA
"Quite often we have a tendency to get caught up in the day to day events and forget, inadvertently, to say thanks for a job well done. I want you to know that on behalf of our organization, we have enjoyed working with Jerry, Reuben and Larry on our project. Our expectations were exceeded on both quantity of production as well as the orderly sequence of work with a minimum “mess”. We appreciate you sticking by your commitment.
We had “zero” experience with the drilled caissons prior to this project. Armed with our now limited knowledge, we will continue to look for opportunities to promote drilled shafts on other projects.
We look forward to working with your organization again in addition to the Tampa Group of Haywood Baker."
