CasePiles^TM are an innovative foundation element constructed by driving a steel casing tipped with a sacrificial “shoe” to the design depth, placing concrete and steel reinforcing, and then withdrawing the casing to form a completed pile. Soil surrounding the pile is displaced and compacted during the driving process, which increases the allowable capacity of the completed pile and results in no drilling spoil.
