The Technology You Want. The Experience You Need.
Urban congestion is a fact of construction life, both above and below ground. As good building sites continue to shrink, superstructures get taller and subterranean office and parking levels increase. High, concentrated building loads and excavation to greater depths through less than ideal soils and high water tables are commonplace. Even old infrastructure such as abandoned subway and freight tunnels may be encountered. Transportation routes also must meet the demands of a highly mobile workforce and vacationing population, resulting in more and more elevated highways, new road and water bridges, and upgraded railways. Case knows the many foundation issues that must be addressed in today’s market. We have the technologies that address those issues, and the experience it takes to make those technologies work.
